Welcome to Femboy Fitness LLC. These Terms of Service govern your access to and use of our website, services, coaching programs, and related tools. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement to use our Services.
Femboy Fitness LLC offers online fitness coaching services, including workout plans, dietary guidance, community access, and support from certified trainers for the purpose of accountability and user experience. Access to these resources may be revoked in the case of payment failure, dispute, or violation of these Terms.
Some features of our service may require you to create an account. You agree to keep your personal account secure. You may not share access to your account with other unauthorized users.
All fees are processed through secure third-party payment processors. Continued payments are required to maintain access to the community and resources provided as part of the services. To be eligible for a refund or results-based guarantee, you must meet all of the following conditions: participate in the coaching program for at least 90 consecutive days, follow the nutrition guidelines of the diet plan provided, follow the workout plans provided, track calories, nutrition information, and step counts using related apps and upload this information to the tracker provided, and keep weekly averages for calories and step counts within the recommended ranges. Failure to meet these conditions may disqualify you from a refund or results guarantee.
You agree not to use the services for any illegal or unauthorized purposes. You agree not to harass, abuse, or harm other users or staff. You agree not to distribute content that is harmful, offensive, or explicitly NSFW within coaching platforms. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.
All content, materials, and coaching resources are protected under copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the Services without written permission.
We provide fitness coaching, nutritional guidance, and community support with certified personal trainers. We are not licensed medical providers or therapists, and our services do not substitute for diagnosis or treatment from medical professionals. You should consult a qualified healthcare provider before starting any fitness plan if you have pre-existing conditions or are taking prescription medications. By participating, you acknowledge the risks associated with physical activity and voluntarily accept those risks.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services. We are not responsible for harm stemming from health conditions not communicated to us prior to use of services.
In the case of any legal dispute, you agree to first attempt informal resolution by contacting us at femboyfit@gmail.com. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 60 days, both parties agree to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive the right to participate in class actions.
If you have opted in to receive SMS marketing messages from us, message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies. Reply STOP to cancel at any time or HELP for assistance. Consent to receive SMS messages is never a condition of purchase.
These Terms shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the state of Iowa, United States of America.
We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted to this page with a new effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
